I got an email from Patricia Heller about a few meetings at which members could learn about the new Local 6 health plan. I'm hoping it's a good plan at a reasonable rate. She said to forward it to anyone who is interested. I figure that anyone reading posts in the healthcare forum is probably interested, so if you haven't heard...
Dear Colleagues,
Many of you have expressed interest in group health insurance. Local 6 has such a plan now available. Please come to the information meeting Monday April 28 to learn more about it. There are two sessions available -- please rsvp <info@afm6.org> to let us know which you plan to attend. Both will be held at the Local 6 office at 116 Ninth Street, between Mission and Howard.
